We are a Norwegian property company that was established in 2021 with a long-term strategy of owning, operating and developing socially beneficial property in Norway in a sustainable manner.
Our portfolio mainly consists of socially beneficial property with public-sector tenants, located in key cities in Norway. The buildings house functions of essential importance to society such as police stations, courts, health and other public services. We offer high-quality and specially adapted premises that enable our tenants to fulfil their social mandate. In total an estimated 18 000 people or more work in or visit our buildings every day.
We have purchased commercial property worth around NOK 10 billion and currently manage a total leased area of more than 300 000 square metres. We have a dedicated strategy for further growth and are well capitalised. Our goal is to manage, develop and purchase property with a total value of up to NOK 15 billion. This will help us consolidate our position as a leading industry player in socially beneficial property in Norway.
Based in central Oslo, our team has extensive experience of all aspects of management and development of commercial property. We employ local caretakers and operating staff to ensure that our properties are properly maintained.
